Rekrutteringskompagniet in Denmark is looking for Hotel Hvide Falk in Ilulissat, Northwest Greenland creative, hard-working and adventurous chefs for its a la carte kitchen and Restaurant H8 in Oqaatsut.
We are looking for chefs who want to challenge themselves by working with the most amazing Greenlandic ingredients; including snow crabs, halibut, reindeer, musk ox, scallops, redfish, mountain trout, lamb and of course one of Disko Bay's major brands; prawns.
As a chef with us, we want you to be enterprising, productive and have an eye for the small details. In collaboration with the head chef, you will develop menus for both morning, lunch and evening, help to organize events such as concert dinners, company parties and wine tastings, when we occasionally put a la carte on pause for an evening.
