We are looking for a proactive and communicative Client Relations FEMALE Manager to join our rapidly growing digital marketing agency. In this role, you will be responsible for managing relationships with new and existing clients, introducing them to our services, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process. A female candidate may bring a more relatable and comfortable dynamic, making it easier for clients to discuss concerns, follow guidelines, and maximize their earnings. If you have excellent communication skills, a results-driven mindset, and experience in talent management, we’d love to have you on our team!

Your main tasks will include:

• Communicating with potential and existing clients, understanding their needs, and presenting our services

• Managing the onboarding process for new clients and ensuring they receive the best possible experience

• Acting as a key point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, and maintaining long-term relationships

• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction

• Identifying opportunities to upsell or expand client partnerships

We are looking for someone with communication skills, a customer-oriented mindset, and the ability to build and maintain professional relationships. Prior experience in sales, account management, or customer service is a plus.
