We are looking for an IT Delivery Expert responsible for the provision of ITD GBS IT services, operation of MOL's business applications in accordance with the IT Strategy, in the quality and in accordance with the terms of the IT Services Catalog for Downstream Logistics and SCM.

What will you do?

• Manages the IT applications in a professional field and provides professional support to users.
• Handles incidents, problems and change requests, provides their resolutions, as well as makes suggestions for the improvement of related processes.
• Coordinates the professional work and co-operation of the IT operating colleagues in the same operation group during the elimination of incidents and problems as well as the fulfilment of service requests affecting other IT operation areas and subsidiaries.
• Provides the up-to-date state of the application inventory and CMDB on a professional field and makes proposals to improve the relevant processes.
• Participates in the implementation of IT changes and developments resulting from the modification of the business needs of Downstream Logistics and SCM and other supported organizations
• Initiates, promotes and supports the professional and cost-effective removal of obsolete IT systems.
